Some foods don’t just feed us - they take us somewhere.

 

To childhood kitchens and rushed school mornings.

To festival dinners, late-night noodles during difficult weeks, soup when we were sick, chai after long days, or the one meal that always meant everyone was finally at the table together.

 

Food has a strange way of carrying memory.

A single bite can bring back a person, a place, a version of ourselves we haven’t met in years. Comfort meals, family recipes, café orders, birthday cakes from that one bakery...they become emotional landmarks in our lives without us even realizing it.

 

And maybe that’s why villages have always gathered around food.

Meals are how people slow down, sit together, tell stories, laugh, remember things and slowly become less strange to one another.

This circle is built around exactly that feeling.

 

For Circle 02 - "The Potluck Circle" everyone is invited to bring one food or drink of their choice and share the story behind it with the group.

 

Nothing fancy or stressful. Just something that means something to you.
